Use this form to sign up for CounselWeb's securities law discussion lists. The discussion on these lists focuses on substantive and procedural issues in three areas of securities law: securities litigation, securities registration, and securities arbitration.
The securities litigation list concerns 10b-5 suit, insider trading, and other types of securities fraud suits. Because this area is primarily federal, there is one general discussion list.
The securities registration list concerns all aspects of securities registration and transactional work under both federal law and blue skies laws. Because so many of the blue sky laws are identical, or at least very similar, there is one general discussion list in this area.
The securities arbitration list concerns all aspects of arbitration between brokers or dealers and their customers. There is a general list and a separate list for each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia.
